A Christian Science lady goes to see her pastor. "And how is your husband?" asks the pastor. "Not very well" replies the lady. "No my dear" replies the pastor, "It's all in his mind, he's only under the impression that he's ill."

Next week she visits him again. "And how is your husband now?" asks the Pastor. "He's under the impression that he's dead" replied the lady.
