SOLAR ECLIPSE 11th AUGUST 1999
Note from Director to Quality Manager.
On the morning of 11 August 1999 there will be a total solar eclipse at 1100hrs. This is something that cannot be seen every day, so let the
Production Staff line up in the car park in their best clothes in order that they might see it. To mark this rare phenomenon I will myself explain it to them. If it is raining, we will not be able to see it clearly. In that case the operators should gather in the canteen.
Note from Quality Manager to Production Manager.
On the Director's orders there will be a total solar eclipse on August 11th at 1100hrs. If it is raining we will not be able to see it clearly from
the car park in our best clothes. In that case the sun's disappearance will be fully observed in the canteen. This is something that does not happen every day.
Note from Production Manager to Production Supervisor.
On the Director's orders we shall fully observe in our best clothes that the sun disappears in the canteen on August 11th at 1100 hours. The Director will tell us if it is going to rain. This is something that does not happen every day.
Note from Production Supervisor to Engineering Technicians.
If it is raining in the canteen on 11 August, which is something that
does not happen every day, the Director in his best clothes will disappear at 1100 hours.
Note from Engineering Technicians to Production Staff.
On 11 August at 1100 hrs the Director will disappear. It is a pity that this does not happen every day.
