The Two Circles

Two men are standing before a judge. Both men were arrested on the same day and given the assignment to devise a program to prevent others from committing crimes. After spending two days in jail they were ask to present their ideas to the judge.

The first man holds up a poster displaying two circles, one smaller than the other. He points to the small circle and says, "This is the amount of citizens who do not commit crimes. Then, pointing to the larger circle he explains "This is the amount that do. I will tell people if they commit crimes they will have to endure an overcrowded jail."

The second man grabs the poster and pointing to the smaller circle says, "I'll tell men this is your butt before jail." Then he points to the large circle saying. "This is it after."
